These rational choices could be cost, benefits, expendture of resource, or anything else that afgfects the employee. The employee may perceive the realities aroubnd them based upon the inputs from tehir evnironment.

Usaing the same word cluster a searcch on all databaswes with Proqurest came up with 11 news articles, joournals and newspaper atricles.
