CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Flames engulfed a parked vehicle near Greenbrier Mall Thursday evening.
Around 8 p.m., fire crews were called to a vehicle fire in a parking lot along Ring Road, according to Chesapeake Fire Captain Scott Saunders.
Firefighters found the vehicle fulling involved in flames, but were able to put it out by 8:20 p.m.
Saunders said there were no injuries.
An investigator was called to the scene, but Saunders said it’s too early to say what the cause was.
