MT. PLEASANT, Mich. (WOOD) Spring break is practically here, and if you’re looking for a place to visit that’s closer to West Michigan, look no further than Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort.

Shows

Tickets recently went on sale for Def Leppard and Tesla for the Summer Outdoor Concert Series. The show is on July 21.
Grand Funk Railroad is coming in April along with the Guess Who.
In May, Weird Al Yankovic takes the stage for a night of entertainment with his “Mandatory Fun” tour. The album, by the same name, features parodies of some of the biggest hits of the past year including “Happy,” “Royals,” and “Blurred Lines.” Tickets to the show are sold out, but Soaring Eagle has two VIP packages that include reserved seats, a meet and greet with Weird Al, an invitation to a pre-show party, and an on-site concierge.
Shipshewana on the Road is coming back to Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in April. The vendors consist of artisans, crafters, flea market dealers, and retail business owners. You can find finished and unfinished pine furniture, handmade crafts, toys, home decor, handmade jewelry, cleaning products, clothing, homemade jams, jellies, and cookies.

Spa

One great option during the cold winter is a girls’ getaway to the Soaring Eagle Spa! The eightWest team had the chance to visit the spa during a trip to Soaring Eagle. The spa is truly full service and such a great opportunity to relax. They have so many types of treatments from massages and facials to manis and pedis and a full service salon.

Waterpark

Soaring Eagle is a great destination for the entire family. If you’re not headed south for spring break, the Soaring Eagle Waterpark is a great place for a getaway that’s close to home.
