How to Make a Midi-Ring
How to Make a Midi-Ring
By: Donna Stall
Materials:
-Eye Pins
-Small beads (I used beads found in delicate needlework)
-Crimp beads
-Pliers
-Jewelry glue
Steps:
1. Pick out your eye pin
2. Pick out your colored beads (chose 5 or under) and chose two crimp beads.
3. String your beads with the crimp beads on the outside of the colored beads.
4. Thread the end of the pin into the eye hole
5. Put the loose circle around the base of your pinky finger*, tighten ’till fitted to desire
-Lock the circle in place by folding the excess of the needle pin down.
6. Center the beads by crimping them in place, then use jewelry glue for extra insurance on keeping beads in place
-If desired, glue the folded end of the eye pin to avoid annoying edge rubbing.
*just use your pinky finger as a measuring tool for the mid-finger.
