   Knowing that there is not a lot of campaign or well known campaigns about food waste in Qatar and in the gulf region, we decided to look at existing campaign for inspiration and to look at their different perspectives of showing it and creating more awareness around it. It was also interesting to look at the different mediums the information was applied to and how.

As this was printed on recycled paper and placed on to streets gave it a more natural look with the environment as well as the minimal use of color and using the food as a substitute for the fork and knife.

This was a very interesting and affective idea as people become more aware of the amount of food they are consuming and how much they actually want to eat. It allows you to become more aware of the amount of food you want to put in parallel to the hunger level.

It is an interesting idea interpreting food and well known jewelry places that have a high end and are known to be expensive. What was catchy about this was making a non valuable object and transforming it in a way where it could be valuable giving the ” what if ” question. It was also interesting looking at the play of words from ” cartier” to “carrotier” that was successful however it might not be as catchy for someone to make a change as there is an emotional block. That might be because the cartier brand is well known and there is not much bad shown in the ad.
