TEN, it’s my house number, 10 is my lucky number, ten is the is the most used digit to make lists with. And now TEN is a weekly column on my blog. TEN will include my top 10’s, 10 favorites and everything that I can put in a list of 10. I’m going to try to publish every Thursday a new TEN.
TEN #1, My favorite jewelry.
I always get comments about the fact that I wear almost every day one accessory with a triangle. I do own more different pieces so I’m showing my favorites. They aren’t in order of which ones I like most or something.
#1, Metal Bracelets
I think that these two are from six, the silver one is for sure. They are both made up of triangles, the gold one is obvious but the silver one is constructed by rounded triangle beads that fit into each other. The pieces fit into each other well enough so your skin will not get stuck in between them.
#2, Stud Earrings
these came in a set from 5 different colored metal studs, I had bought these also at six. There are two types of the silver colored earrings, a shiny and a dull one with black little specks to give it a kind of like vintage feel. The same is with the copper one. The dark brown/red and the black one are also shiny.
#3, Arrow Ring
I had searched everywhere for a ring like that and couldn’t find it anywhere except online. Until I was at Urban Outfitters. It was totally gold but I’ve worn it so often the ring began to change to this weird coppery color but I really like it though.
#4, triangle necklace
I got this basic black one at the Vero Moda, it is just a simple necklace that reaches to just above your belly button. I like to wear it with a simple Tee or an all black outfit to accessorize it a little in a subtle way.
#5, Infinity bracelets
I got the solid one when I was in Cologne, I don’t remember what store. And the other one was a gift from my sister, I think it was from Zara or Mango. Even though the Infinity sign is quite last year, I like wear it mostly as an anklet in the summer and the solid one with lots and lots of other bracelets.
#6,Illuminati earrings
My friends make a lot of jokes about the fact that I almost wear every day something with triangles, and assume that I’m Illuminati, and when I was saw these earrings at Sacha I had to have them. They are the only pair of hanging earrings that I actually wear.
#7,Short Necklace
My sister ordered this one at Miniinthebox.com and I fell in love with it. The simple gold necklace gives a nice touch to every outfit. The necklace can place in between the collarbones to about 3 centimeter beneath them.
#8,Beach Bracelets
I had bought these on my holiday to Tenerife. I have this thing that I want to buy a bracelet from every country/ Island I’ve been to. The one with the shell and the peace sign are from a stand on the boulevard and the rope one is from a small but beautiful village on the Island called Masca. It was made by a lovely old woman who lives in that picturesque village. The tour guide told us that they live from the tourism so I absolutely am in love with this bracelet because it has a story. And the other two bring up so many memories so to me belong these to my favorite bracelets.
#9,Short Necklace
This one is form Brandy Melville and just a simple necklace with a triangle charm. I really like the simpleness and the length can come from almost like a choker to just below the collarbones.
#10, Anchor Bracelet
This piece is actually from the men’s section at H&M. I saw an anchor bracelet from never take it off, and I really liked it ,but my parents didn’t allow me to order one. Then I found this one when I was with my school in Lille and I had to have it. It wraps around my wrist three times and than still fits kinda loose but it stays on pretty well. I think this one will be perfect for the summer.
