Spring and summer mean wedding season for a lot of us, andof course it is all about the bride that day but you also want to make sure you are dressed for the occasion. I mean who doesn’t like to get dolled up for a night out and feel gorgeous! Traditionally a black-tie even requires a woman to wear floor length gowns because it’s believed to be more formal than shorter dresses. If you do decide to go with a cocktail dress make sure the hemline isn’t too short or revealing and go for a rich color (chic metallic’s, jewel tone). You can never go wrong with a black dress and usually flatters any body type. I always love to wear a pop of color, that way the shoes and jewelry are easy and simple. Add some drop earrings, a small clutch, and a strappy heel and you are ready to go!
