WHERE IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE?
All our jewelry is made in Spain.WHAT IS THE METAL USED?
Our jewelry is available in either Sterling Silver or Gold Vermeil. All Sterling Silver is 925 nickel-free.WHAT IS VERMEIL?
Vermeil is Sterling Silver that has been micron plated with 18ct Gold. Micron plating has undergone a process of electrolysis which is the most durable form of plating. To be considered vermeil, the gold must be at least 10ct and be at least 1.5microns thick. Our jewelry has 3 microns of 18ct gold.HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER MY JEWELLERY?

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
Shipping is free for EU orders over 50€.Next day delivery (for Spain only) has a shipping cost of 10€.
EU orders below 50€ have a shipping cost of 5€.
Shipping costs for orders outside the EU will vary depending on the country.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
If you are not happy with your purchase, for ANY reason, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note postage / shipping costs are not refunded.Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received.
