Usually when I hear the word “Boutique”, I always automatically think “Expensive”. I also
think, for an older demographic.
But much to my delight Turquoise & Tangerine breaks all my cliches of a Boutique. Fantastic items, at a very reasonable price. The thing I love most about this store (besides the prices), is the variety! No matter your style or taste, I guarantee that you will find at least one item (if not the whole store) that you will fall in love with. From clothing, accessories, home decor, gifts, baby items, one of a kind Colorado swag, and pieces from local artists, there is so much to choose from.
I had heard from people around town that I really needed to stop by Turquoise & Tangerine and what a great place it was. So while killing time I stopped in, and instantly fell in love. And after meeting one of the owners, Kim, I can honestly say that this is what a great neighborhood store is all about. It’s a place that you can go browse, have great conversation, and walk out with a great item and the feeling of home. If you are browsing, make sure you snag that great item you see, as soon as possible, they don’t re-order items so make sure you get it while it’s there! Did you know that you can host parties there too? You can do a trunk show, or even a private event. Having a bridal shower?
Why not have it at a cute local boutique? Speaking of bridal showers, word is that they are going to have a bridal section by late April! Think hand made items (including garters and jewelry), specialized gifts, shoes and more! They also carry Boulder Bands and are the only place where you can get the Colorado “C” with a sunflower in the middle. Take a look at some other great items they carry below.
