BLACK OR WHITE.
Black or white is a talent search based project created by House of lavinci and partners.
This auditions are all about searching not just the unlimited talent and skill from other but also the drive and determination and heart of willingness to take their talents to the next level.
Black or white will pick each town’s best in, designing, art, music, poetry and dance. In this program tittles and prizes will be competed for the winners will have the chance to share a stage with the most upcoming and established performers, designers and artist at the house of lavinci festival later in the year.
B.O.W is mainly about empowerment to the upcoming generation to expound their abilities , lead their talents and skill to a level that it can be the perfect career path and also improve that they can make their daily bread from what they do, we are aiming to expose positive individuals to the rest of the world and market them while mentoring them to create something great from what they have.
Each town will have a group to represent them for the main show in Nairobi for the main prize and the ticket to be part of the house of lavinci festival.
This project will be divided into series of events in each of the four towns (Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru and Kisumu) for three days and on the last night there will be a closing party, all competitors will be judged by a panel of qualified judges and also the mass public at some point. Art, Design and Sound are the sections that this program will be divided into.
Art-everything visual from paintings, pottery, carvings and photography.
Design-personal made designs will be at this point, each design (cloth line, accessories ’jewelry’)
Sound- music (vocals, beat boxing), poetry, rap and instrumentals
All this(sections) are expounded much deeper by the system
