First off, let me say, I do not watch this show at all, or much tv at all, however I am a giant nerd, so these earrings appealed to me. One says “Br” which is the abbreviation for the element Bromine, and the other says “Ba” which is from Barium. The two are mixed together in the process of developing film. Both can be toxic. As far as these earrings go, they are well made and attractive. These are made to sit against your ear, kind of like the post studs that are used for gaging ears, but without the nasty side effect of actually stretching your ears. I have 3 holes in each ear and these earrings look great in any of them, with other earrings or without. These are stylish, functional, and conversation starters. I love them!
